Suada Bilali
Principal, Bankstown Girls’ High School

Most of Suada’s career has been in Sydney’s Inner West and South Western schools, teaching students from diverse backgrounds and those faced with socio-economic disadvantages. Suada is passionate about science and would like to see more young girls take up STEM subjects. She has been involved with ABCN since 2006 in a range of programs. Read more

Corrina Davison
Managing Director, American Express Australia & New Zealand

Corrina is the Managing Director for American Express Australia & New Zealand and Chair of the American Express Australia Limited Board. A graduate of Western Sydney University, Corrina joined American Express in 2001. She has held a variety of leadership roles in Australia and the US spanning customer management, business development, and strategic partner management, operations and change leadership. Read more

Graeme Beardsell
Executive Vice President, Fujitsu Asia Pacific

Graeme is the Executive Vice President of Fujitsu Asia Pacific and CEO of Fujitsu Australia and New Zealand. Fujitsu is a leading service provider of business, information technology and communications solutions for partners and customers. Fujitsu Australia received a gold award from the Australian Workplace Equality Index in 2022. Graeme has lived in Japan, China, Hong Kong and Singapore and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Business Council of Australia. Read more

Kate Rattigan PSM
Deputy Secretary, People and Executive Services, Department of Education, Victoria

Kate is a Deputy Secretary in the Department of Education, which operates 1,500 government schools and employs 85,000 people in Victoria. Kate’s group supports schools in legal services, health and safety, diversity and inclusion, communications, privacy, and operational policy. In 2023, Kate was awarded a Public Sector Medal for outstanding public service to leadership and the delivery of improved products and services in the education sector. Read more

Andrew is CEO of KPMG Australia and is ultimately responsible for the strategy, culture and operations of the firm. After growing up in Canberra and attending ANU, Andrew joined KPMG's audit practice in 1990. During his time with the firm, Andrew has worked in Hong Kong, New York and led some of the largest client relationships in Australia. Mark Judah
Senior Partner, Bain & Company

Mark is a Senior Partner at Bain & Company’s Melbourne office and has more than 20 years of management consulting experience across Europe, Brazil and Australia. He is a leader in Bain’s Financial Services practice, where he works with clients to address topics including strategy, organisation and performance. Mark has been involved with ABCN over a number of years and is passionate about helping young people reach their full potential. Read more

Phil Gardner
Chief Executive Officer, ABCN

Phil began his career in the finance sector, having worked at Macquarie Bank and Goldman Sachs, before joining the NSW Treasury in 2015 where he served as Deputy Secretary, Commercial and Procurement Group. Phil also supports those living with Type 1 Diabetes as a member of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation Board in Australia. He and his wife, Kirsty, have three young adult children and are based in Sydney. Read more

ABCN Advisory Council

Senior Leaders from ABCN’s Member Companies and Partners are invited to Advisory Council Meetings. The purpose of the Advisory Council is to facilitate and enable the achievement of the ABCN’s mission and objectives. The Council provides a source of independent advice to the Board with regard to ABCN strategy and external relations as well as ensuring that the ABCN remains focused on high impact engagement.

This group of our most engaged principals representing schools from across Australia meets with ABCN once per term to provide invaluable feedback and new ideas. Strong relationships with our partner schools are at the heart of what we do, and this Council helps us ensure that our strategy, programs and activities continue to meet the needs and priorities of our schools and students.
