ABCN has been awarded a Prime Minister’s Award for Excellence in Community Business Partnerships 2007.

These awards celebrate and acknowledge partnerships that show strong leadership in collaboration between business and community. The partnerships showcased by the award are mutually beneficial, with partners sharing values, objectives and a shared respect for one another, and deliver positive outcomes for their communities.

ABCN has been recognised for its best practice programs that work on improving the opportunities for students and schools through mentoring, partnership and support programs which work towards achieving higher school retention rates, increased literacy, and ultimately higher employment rates.
