Mentoring on an ABCN program does not require any formal training, preparation or knowledge.

Being an ABCN mentor is open to all staff at FBAU. If you are interested in becoming an ABCN mentor,
please send an expression of interest email.
In your email please include which state you are based in and if you would be available for sessions online,
face to face or both. You can also find out more on

ABCN’s volunteer mentors are drawn from the workforces of the member companies that make up our network. Each year, thousands of volunteers generously devote their time to help make a difference in the life of a young person. Mentors don’t need special qualifications – everyone from the CEO to the newest junior recruit can participate.
